Senior living placement · Raleigh & Wake County, NC

Find the right place for your loved one—without figuring it out alone.

We help Raleigh families choose assisted living, memory care, and independent living. You get a short list worth your time, someone beside you at every tour, and no bill from us.

We reply the same day. If your parent has a discharge date this week, say so in the first line and we’ll move on it today.

How we’re paid: your family pays us nothing. A participating community may pay us a placement fee after move-in. We tell you in writing, before you tour, which communities pay us and which do not.

The part nobody says out loud

Nobody prepares you for this.

A hospital tells you your loved one can’t go home and gives you a few days to decide where they will live instead. You have never toured a community. You don’t know what it costs or what your family can carry.

Underneath all of it is the fear that you are failing them. You are not. You are being asked to make a decision no one taught you how to make, on a deadline you did not choose, while frightened and tired.

Your loved one deserves better than a lead form. So do you.

More than placement

We stay from the first call to long after move-in.

Six things we do for every family. None of them cost you anything.

Personalized recommendations

We understand care needs, budget, preferences, and lifestyle before suggesting anything.

Tours & comparisons

We schedule tours, come with you, and help you compare communities side by side.

Admission coordination

We help coordinate paperwork, assessments, and communication with the community.

Move-in assistance

We help plan the move, coordinate with staff, and keep the day from becoming overwhelming.

Transition support

We support your loved one and your family before, during, and after the move.

Ongoing follow-up

We check back at seven and thirty days to make sure your loved one is settling in well.

The plan

Three steps. That’s the whole thing.

1

Talk to us

Fifteen minutes on the phone. Tell us what is happening and what your family can carry.

2

Tour two or three places

Only communities that genuinely fit the care needs and budget—and we tour with you.

3

Get them settled

We help coordinate move-in and check back at one week and one month.

Why we do this

“Healing isn’t a straight line—it comes in waves. The grief is heavy, but it has also prepared me to be fully present for other families facing the end of life.”

Our founder, nine months after losing his dad

We don’t start with communities. We start with people.

Local, and only local

Wake County is our home. We visit the communities we recommend; we don’t read them off a database.

A nurse in the family

A registered nurse and a Certified Dementia Practitioner—the two founders—are involved in every case.

Independent

We own no community and disclose in writing which communities pay us before you tour.

With you past move-in

We help with the move and check back at seven and thirty days to see how it is really going.

Who you’ll work with

Two founders. Not a call center.

A husband-and-wife practice in Wake County. The same two people take your first call, walk the buildings with you, and check back after the move.

CDP

Senior Placement Advisor

Our founder started this company after walking his own father through his last years. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, he pays particular attention to memory-care fit.

RN

Director of Care

A registered nurse’s eye on every recommendation helps families understand what a community can genuinely provide before they commit.

For hospital social workers & case managers

Send us your hardest 4pm-Friday case.

Referrals go directly to the founders. WhatsApp is usually the fastest way to reach us on a deadline. Please do not send protected health information by message—send contact details and we will reach the family directly.

For family care homes & communities

Have an open bed? Tell us.

List what you have open and we will send families whose needs, budget, and location actually fit. No charge to list. We call before anyone tours.

Straight answers

Common questions

Can we even afford this?

We talk openly about real local costs and possible funding sources, including VA benefits, long-term care policies, and NC Special Assistance.

What does this cost our family?

Nothing. Communities may pay us a placement fee, and we disclose those relationships before you tour.

How quickly can you help?

We reply the same day and prioritize hospital discharge deadlines.

Do you only show places that pay you?

No. We recommend for fit first and tell you in writing which communities pay us and which do not.

Does your help stop at move-in?

No. We help through the transition and follow up at seven and thirty days.

Beyond placement
