What care homes ask us
What does it cost?
Nothing to list. If a family we refer moves in, a one-time placement fee is due under a written referral agreement we sign together first. Families never pay us.
Do you send everyone who calls?
No. Families get two or three real options, not a blast list. You only hear from us when the fit is genuine, and we phone before any tour.
My beds change week to week. How do I keep you current?
